Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial and Clean Room Technician to join our team at Partner Therapeutics. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our biopharmaceutical manufacturing areas, as well as our general office and break areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and specialized cleaning and sanitizing of biopharmaceutical manufacturing areas in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure that all cleaning is done on time and that plant startup deadlines are met.
  • Perform cleaning services in areas where cleanroom gowning is required.
  • Complete and maintain daily site sanitation documentation.
  • Report unsafe conditions or equipment to supervisor.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and available.
  • Scan cleaning log into online department file location.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a janitorial or similar situation required.
  • Ability to perform physical work on a nightly basis, including sweeping, wet mopping, surface cleaning, and trash removal.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to stand, stretch with hands overhead, bend, walk/stand for several consecutive hours.
  • Solid English language skills, both oral and written, required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of GMP facilities compliance standards preferred.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment where gowning is required strongly preferred.
