Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. As a travel MRI Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, utilizing your expertise to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients and coils on the table to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
  • Inject contrast media as required to enhance image quality.
  • Set technical parameters and observe image data on computer monitors during scans.
  • Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations, ensuring patient safety at all times.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accepted professional guidelines.
  • Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
  • Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
