• Read and interpret work orders and assembly drawings to ensure accurate execution
• Position steel studs with precision, adhering to established drawings
• Secure parts in place using pre-punched holes and screws, ensuring a sturdy assembly
• Lead an assistant assembler in the assembly of panels, promoting a collaborative work environment
• Install drywall and exterior wall sheathing, ensuring a watertight and durable structure
• Install insulation, maintaining a safe and energy-efficient workspace

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science
• 1 Year of construction experience, with a focus on assembly and installation

• Ability to read and follow established instructions, with attention to detail and quality
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, with the ability to manipulate tools and materials with precision
• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in software related to construction and assembly
• Understanding of and ability to use a wide variety of tools, including power tools and hand tools
• Understanding of and ability to read a tape measure, ensuring accurate measurements and cuts
• Ability to maintain a tidy and clean workspace, promoting a safe and healthy environment
• Positive attitude and good work ethic, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
• Ability to be punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
