Job Overview:

As a Senior Oracle HCM Risk Management Consultant, you will be responsible for spearheading the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules for various clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Needs Assessment:
Engage with clients to collect and evaluate their business needs concerning HCM controls, compliance, and risk management.

Solution Development:

Create customized solutions utilizing Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules to meet client specifications while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


System Configuration:

Set up Oracle Fusion HCM Controls modules according to the established solution design, which includes defining security roles, access permissions, approval processes, and segregation of duties.


Data Transition:

Work alongside technical teams to facilitate seamless data transition from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM Controls, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process.


Validation and Quality Control:
Formulate and implement detailed testing strategies to confirm the functionality, performance, and security of the deployed HCM control solutions. Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and client expectations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading 4-5 Oracle Cloud Advanced HCM Controls implementation projects.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Resource with a minimum of 7-8 years of functional expertise across three or more Oracle Cloud modules: Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, project requirements analysis, functional design, report development, and testing.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or Rally.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technology.
  • Experience in providing business support.
