We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Pharmacist in Charge to lead our pharmacy team in Fort Worth, TX. As the PIC, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pharmacy, including regulatory compliance, daily operations, staff supervision, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing pharmacy operations.
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription processing, and customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve pharmacy services.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sterile compounding environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Knowledgeable in USP 797 standards and Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) regulations.
