Clinical Coach Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coach to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a critical role in the development and growth of our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to new nurses, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with unit leadership to develop and implement orientation programs that meet the needs of our nursing staff.
  • Conduct regular rounds on orientees' patients, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their critical thinking and patient care skills.
  • Use evidence-based practice to inform patient care decisions and teaching.
  • Participate in orientee meetings and provide feedback to orientees and unit leadership.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school.
  • Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license, or Compact State licensure.
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
