We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Receptionist to provide exceptional support to our patients and visitors at Serenity Healthcare. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and verify customer information upon each visit.
  • Build rapport with patients by creating a welcoming atmosphere and remembering their names, interests, and stories.
  • Provide support and compassion to patients, addressing their concerns and respecting their boundaries.
  • Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day, ensuring seamless clinic operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.
