This position offers a competitive salary of $20.00/hour, starting from 7:30 am until completion, with overtime paid at time and a half after 8 hours worked each day. Daily responsibilities will include reviewing prints with attention to detail, pouring concrete, setting up forms using a tape measure, placing steel in forms, utilizing concrete saws to cut strand, and handling oil sprayers to spray oil into forms. To succeed in this role, you will need prior construction, roofing, hardscaping, or similar experience. Comfortable operating measuring tapes to 1/16th of an inch is essential, as well as possessing good interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment. A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) is required, along with basic math and measurement skills and knowledge of various hand, power, and measurement tools. Familiarity with reading blueprints is a plus.
