Maintenance Worker Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filter oil fryers daily to maintain equipment performance
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Take out and empty trash compactors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure optimal equipment performance

This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
