- Provide timely and detailed information about wellness retreat options to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Travel Planning
- Assist clients in planning and organizing their wellness retreats based on their preferences and budget.
- Coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, and wellness activities to create seamless and rejuvenating experiences.
- Destination Expertise
- Stay informed about wellness trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide clients with the latest information.
- Make recommendations for unique and personalized wellness experiences.
- Training and Development
- Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book wellness retreats.
- Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized in specific wellness destinations.
- Client Satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after retreats, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have a smartphone with internet access; a laptop is recommended but not required.
- Personal wellness retreat experience is a huge plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple wellness itineraries simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in booking details.
- Proficiency in email correspondence and virtual communication tools.
