Key Responsibilities
  • User Experience Design: Create intuitive UI, design systems, UX flow wireframes, and interface designs for Pokémon GO.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional peers, including engineers, product managers, user researchers, and artists, to build fun and exciting real-world experiences.
  • Mentorship: Mentor other UX Designers and help develop a strong player-centered mentality.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Portfolio: Portfolio of work showcasing samples of interaction design for mobile applications.
  • Design Skills: Strong visual design skills and Figma experience.
  • Prototyping: Ability to create visual/functional prototypes to test design ideas.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with cross-functional members and leadership.
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Japanese language ability is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately.
