**Job Summary:**
As a Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of focus and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities:**
• Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure proper instrument handling
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures

**Requirements:**
• 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
• BCLS and NBSTSA certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience in orthopedic or neurosurgery
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in circulating and scrubbing

**Work Schedule:**
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 days a week
• No overtime billed until after 40 hours
• 13 weeks only
• Call requirement: 1-2 12-hour shifts every 2 weeks
• Float requirement: support for inpatient units as needed
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
