Daily Responsibilities:

  • Train to read and understand civil engineering plans.
  • Develop skills to create 3D surface models of heavy construction job sites.
  • Learn AutoCAD and other various CAD/design software.
  • Learn how to effectively calculate quantities for construction site bidding.
  • Work in teams to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment).

Qualifications:

  • Searching for non-experienced applicants looking for a career.
  • Helpful backgrounds include CAD design, excavation, land surveying, 3D modeling, and engineering backgrounds (but not required).
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, responsible, and professional.

Compensation:

  • Starting $24.00/hr.
  • Starting pay is determined by relevant experience, skills, and knowledge.
  • The pay increase is determined by meeting goals and performance growth.
  • Transition to base salary & commissions.
