Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their needs promptly.
  • Conduct market research to stay competitive and informed.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage with the local community.
  • Ensure the property maintains its appearance, curb appeal, and overall quality.
  • Enforce lease clauses in accordance with local laws.
  • Handle phone calls, show apartments, and lease properties as needed.
  • Manage the waitlist and ensure it remains satisfactory.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis.
  • Oversee collection efforts to ensure timely assessment and collection of billable items.
  • Ensure timely rent collections, postings, and bank deposits. Monitor delinquent accounts.
  • Handle late notices and evictions for delinquent accounts.
  • Supervise maintenance department practices, including work orders, move-ins, move-outs, and turnovers.
