Important Notice:
This role requires an ONSITE presence at our Clearwater, FL Office.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals for short-term contract assignments at various healthcare facilities nationwide. Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external personnel through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
#Qualifying and maintaining a consistent pool of high-quality candidates
Meet and exceed our company sales benchmarks and establish a full desk of business within your first year of employment.
Understand and consistently implement our daily and weekly sales Key Performance Indicators.

Gain comprehensive knowledge of the various specialties and units within our healthcare domain within six months.

Develop a foundational understanding of compliance, the company database, and payroll processes within a six-month timeframe.
Previous experience in Travel Nurse Recruiting is preferred.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Sales, Account Management, or as an Account Executive is required.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and conditions while maintaining stable performance under pressure.
The ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive sales environment is essential.
