We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team at Avera McKennan Hospital. As a Dialysis Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and treatment to individuals on maintenance dialysis.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and treatment to individuals on maintenance dialysis
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing and a current RN license in the state of South Dakota
  • Experience working in a dialysis setting or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
