Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute tax return preparation and strategic planning engagements.
- Address and resolve a range of accounting and tax challenges.
- Mentor and develop junior tax associates, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Engage directly with representatives from tax authorities.
- Maintain effective communication with clients through various channels including meetings and correspondence.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring time and expenses.
- Provide billing recommendations to partners based on engagement performance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on income and transfer taxes across various entity types and industries.
- Certification as a Certified Public Accountant is preferred.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Thomson Reuters CS products.
- Experience in multi-state taxation, trust and estate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax compliance.
