Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality eye and vision care services to patients
- Establish and maintain a professional and welcoming practice environment
- Manage patient schedules and fee structures
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- W-9
