Clinical Speech Pathologist Position

ACCESS Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to clients with varying needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess clients with communication disorders to identify treatment needs and develop individualized plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to achieve client goals, utilizing techniques such as articulation therapy, language stimulation, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services, including regular meetings with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and coordinate referrals when necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Speech Therapist in Arkansas.
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
