Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Brunswick Cove Living Center, LLC. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping our patients achieve optimal mobility and function, and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Develop Care Plans

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized care plans to address their unique needs and goals.

  • Provide Evidence-Based Treatments

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy treatments to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams

Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

  • Monitor and Document Progress

Regularly evaluate patients' progress and document their treatment outcomes to inform future care decisions.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a long-term care setting.

  • Valid License

Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of employment.

  • Excellent Communication Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
