Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Accounting Specialist to work with our team at Flynn & Company, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounting or related fields, a fundamental understanding of GAAP, and experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools.

  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets.

  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in accounting or related fields.
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP.
