About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as an ABA Therapist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for clients with autism.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualized behavior-analytic programs for learners
  • Oversee the implementation of programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs, such as preference assessment and functional assessment
  • Analyze and summarize results of assessments and graph results as needed
  • Provide staff and caregiver training on behavioral techniques
  • Create goals for skill generalization and assist with behavior deceleration plans
  • Be available to answer questions from technicians working on learner cases
  • Follow up with caregivers to ensure generalization of learner objectives
  • Adjust and update program sheets as skills meet criteria

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Massachusetts
  • At least 2 years of experience in the ABA field, preferably with leadership experience
