Qualifications:

  • Typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute or 10,000 keystrokes, both alpha and numeric, is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting quality standards.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a history of success in sales.
  • Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Adept at overcoming objections and securing customer commitment.
  • Ability to manage relationships and be receptive to feedback.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality.
  • Flexible availability during peak seasons.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Soft Skills:
Active listening, problem-solving, time management, adaptability, and confidence are essential for success in this role.

Work Schedule:
Days of work include weekends and additional weekdays, with hours typically from 12 PM to 9 PM. Training will be conducted onsite for two weeks, with the possibility of hybrid or remote work after 60 days.

Compensation:
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00.
