About Us: U-Haul is a leading provider of moving and storage solutions. We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Brighton, Massachusetts.

The Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of U-Haul's exceptional service, ensuring that customers receive all the help they need on their journeys. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and maintaining equipment, assisting customers with rentals and returns, and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment. You will also participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions. Physical demands include long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, and positioning yourself to reach objects at varying heights.
