Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Uropartners LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the patient flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Verify patient information, insurance details, and demographics to ensure accurate billing and record-keeping.
  • Answer phone calls, direct messages, and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and send financial statements, bills, and other necessary documents to patients and insurance companies.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including balancing cash receipts and credit card transactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of certificate from college or technical school preferred.
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
