Responsibilities:


Oversee and implement construction methodologies for all phases of residential high-rise projects, including scheduling, productivity enhancements, and site logistics in the designated area.

Selection and management of field personnel

Monitoring project costs and productivity metrics

On-site coordination of labor, materials, and equipment

Developing, overseeing, and executing the project construction plan and timeline

Supervising, training, coaching, and mentoring site personnel

Demonstrating a commitment to Walsh's Safety and Quality initiatives

Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor operations

Managing project close-out, including final inspections, addressing deficiencies, warranty work, and site restoration

Collaborating with Owners to ensure projects are executed in accordance with contractual obligations

Participating in the development and review of work plans for significant or high-risk activities.

Qualifications:
High School diploma

10+ years of relevant experience

Basic computer proficiency is preferred

Specific roles may necessitate relocation
