Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Peregrin, providing exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.

  • Collaborate with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of meals and exceptional guest satisfaction.

  • Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

  • Develop strong relationships with our guests, colleagues, and management, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on menu items, recipes, and daily specials.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably with a focus on customer service and food preparation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
