About the Role

Ally Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in the North Phoenix area. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement personalized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress towards treatment objectives.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other therapy staff to ensure effective treatment plans and seamless communication.
  • Prepare treatment materials and supplies in advance of therapy sessions to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Communicate client progress and any concerns to BCBAs and therapy team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Attend ongoing training and development sessions related to ABA therapy to stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients, families, and staff to create a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Completed or willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required), bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card and background check.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to and from client homes and/or therapy center.
  • Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements

This is an active job that requires lifting and carrying clients. You will need to move with the client, which means you will be kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. You will need to move quickly to ensure client safety.
