Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the overnight shift. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Register guests and make reservations as needed
• Prepare and balance daily reports, including transactional data and other financial information
• Maintain cashiering responsibilities and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit transactions
• Fulfill all front office functions between 11pm and 7am, including answering guest calls and responding to inquiries

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Please note that this role requires reliable transportation, availability to work non-traditional hours, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.

Salary: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred
• At least one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of accounting principles and basic arithmetic functions
