We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Kitchen Partner to join our team at Newk's Eatery in Naples, FL.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant team achieves planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks according to Newk's standards, policies, and procedures for operational excellence.

This includes maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and high-quality work environment while effectively managing operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the restaurant team meets planned sales targets
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Managing operational costs effectively
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Extensive standing without breaks
  • Exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
  • Physical mobility and flexibility
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also comes with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
