Maintenance Technician Job Description at McDonald's

As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our restaurant's equipment and facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain their performance and extend their lifespan
  • Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of hygiene and organization
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to receive inventory and supplies
  • Taking out and emptying the trash compactor to maintain a clean and odor-free environment
  • Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris to ensure the restaurant's systems are functioning properly
