The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
