We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Commonwealth. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufactured home park in Eugene, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and deposit rent payments, as well as follow up on late or delinquent payments.
- Enforce rental agreements and facility rules and regulations, ensuring tenant compliance.
- Supervise the placement of RVs and manufactured homes into the facility.
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and facilities, including landscaping, painting, and repairs.
- Prepare monthly manager's reports and maintain petty cash funds and tenant histories.
- Screen potential tenants, execute rental agreements, and promote vacant spaces.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
