Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful development, testing, and evaluation of advanced aerospace systems.
  • Project Management: Lead and execute technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of experimental prototypes.
  • System Integration: Analyze and integrate aerospace systems into existing military platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance in diverse combat environments.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed performance analysis, including aerodynamic, propulsion, and structural assessments.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and military personnel to execute technical projects aligned with RCCTO's strategic goals.
  • Technical Reporting: Prepare and present technical reports, design documentation, and test plans for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Clearance: Active or current Secret level clearance minimum.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in aerospace engineering, with a focus on system design, development, and testing, preferably in a defense or government environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record of managing technical projects, expertise in aerospace design, aerodynamics, propulsion systems, and structural analysis, proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools, experience working on DoD or Army projects, and familiarity with rapid prototyping and field testing processes.
