Practice Highlights:
  • Deliver primary care, clinical procedures, and administrative services in a teaching community health center, adhering to a model practice agreement plan as per state regulations.
  • Enjoy a flexible 4/10 work schedule.
  • Possess strong clinical training and experience to address the needs of a complex patient demographic.
  • Collaborate with a highly collegial interdisciplinary team, including Faculty Physicians, Clinicians, Resident Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists, Behavioral Health Clinicians, and nursing staff.
  • Access integrated services, including primary care behavioral health with on-site Behavioral Health Clinicians.
  • Receive excellent support and resources.
  • Experience working with, and sensitivity to, a marginalized patient population in a Federally Qualified Health Center/Community Health Center setting is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Utilize EMR: OCHIN EPIC.

Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Physician Assistant.
  • Washington State License or the ability to obtain one.
  • DEA certification.
  • Strong peer references and good standing.
  • Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a primary care or urgent care setting.
