Medical Director for Adult and Child Psychiatry

Job Description
">We are seeking a Medical Director to join our team at an outpatient community mental health facility in upstate New York. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our organization.
About the Role
">This is a full-time position that will require a small amount of call. You will work approximately 50% clinically and 50% administratively. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and has excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
">Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership and oversight to our team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in psychiatry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range
">The estimated annual salary for this position is between $250,000 and $350,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
