Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to address all vehicle maintenance requirements
- Prepare repair orders with complete transparency regarding costs and timeframes
- Maintain exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers informed throughout the service process
- Regularly interact with Technicians and Parts departments to ensure prompt completion of services
- Demonstrate a positive demeanor and strong work ethic with both customers and colleagues
- Utilize advanced Fixed Operations Technology
Qualifications:
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Technologically Proficient and eager to learn
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Consultant is advantageous but not mandatory
- Familiarity with CDK software is required
- Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with company policies
