Job Description & Requirements

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes.

As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work independently and manage your time effectively, providing one-on-one care to clients in Lancaster County. You will be responsible for following a designated care plan, making home visits, and performing assigned duties such as administering medication, wound care, and treatments.

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
