Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer at Sila, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of security, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and technical specifications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our network infrastructure
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Windows Server environments
  • Hands-on experience with equipment from Cisco, Palo Alto, Arista, and Juniper
  • Knowledge of network operating systems, including JUNOS, IOS, PanOS, and EOS
  • Experience with network automation using Ansible or other tools
  • Experience with enterprise storage solutions, including Netapp and Pure Storage
  • Experience with MPLS, VPLS, or SD-WAN
  • Experience with building and supporting multi-site Active Directory infrastructure
  • Experience with configuration management of Windows Server environments
  • Experience with on-premise virtualization platforms and physical hardware
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-a-Service environments, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $198,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our Total Rewards package includes benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses.
