  • The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of the Lead Designer.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided drafting software is essential for producing designs, working drawings, and records.
  • Conduct thorough site measurements, documenting observations, ideas, and plant material.
  • Research and propose solutions to grading, spatial organization, and site utilization challenges.
  • Maintain knowledge of horticulture and related practices through ongoing education and training.
  • Collaborate with designers and other personnel in plant selection.
  • Develop procedures and instructions according to design specifications.
  • Promote growth in client projects to enhance operating revenues and profits.
  • Assist in creating accurate cost proposals with detailed material and time expectations.
  • Perform landscape design work of moderate complexity and responsibility.
  • Conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance.

Requirements include prior experience with computer-aided drafting software, construction or drafting background, and knowledge of horticulture. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, as well as creative artistic ability.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
