About the Role:


The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Minneapolis is seeking a Residential Cleaning Attendant to join our exceptional team. This is a remarkable opportunity to be part of a globally recognized luxury hotel brand.

BASIC PURPOSE:
A Residential Cleaning Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all residential common areas, delivering packages, and providing on-demand housekeeping services as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Responsibilities include checking, cleaning, and restocking all residential washrooms, lobbies, mail rooms, coffee stations, corridors, and heart-of-house spaces. Anticipate residents' needs and take ownership of their concerns and requests, acting promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Provide a personalized touch whenever possible. Be proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment, chemicals, and machinery, and report any defects or accidents to management immediately.

Understand MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) procedures and be trained in accident response. Clean and self-inspect public areas as assigned, adhering to Four Seasons standards.

Ensure all furniture is in its proper place. Clean all common areas, including elevators, elevator doors, windows, carpets, and collect trash throughout the Residences, including removal from communal trash rooms.

Assist residents courteously and maintain all equipment and supplies, using them appropriately. Keep housekeeping storage areas organized and properly stocked, ensuring they are closed when not in use.

Report any malfunctioning equipment promptly. Maintain a set number of Condos to clean during each shift.

Remove dirty towels and sheets, replacing them with clean ones when available or sending them to laundry if applicable. Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Condo (bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom) according to established procedures.

Make beds, vacuum carpets, and clean marble and tile areas. Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to designated service areas.

Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.

Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.


NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Be willing to assist with residential or hotel cleaning duties as assigned by the Residential Leadership team.

Flexibility to extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable responsibilities within job capabilities as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments if required to meet business demands and guest service needs.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: Minimum one year of hospitality or related work experience is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
