  • Service Delivery: Professionally review all completed inspections, offer solutions and benefits, and conduct the invoicing delivery process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Shop Operations: Oversee all aspects of operating a service center, including employee management, cost control, and quality control standards.
  • Employee Management: Hire, train, and maintain a staff of professionals who reflect our company culture and values.
  • Cost Control: Control costs, shop maintenance, cost of goods, payroll, and quality control standards to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: Previous retail management experience, preferably as a manager or assistant manager.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team building skills to motivate and inspire our team to achieve excellence.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
