Cardiology RN Clinician Stress and Heart Failure Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cardiology RN Clinician Stress and Heart Failure to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
- Create and maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs, sedation levels, and physical/emotional well-being.
- Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice and in accordance with established policies.
- Provide pre-and post-procedure patient education and emotional support appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstance.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current state nursing license required.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment.
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills required. Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Minimum of one year nursing experience in an ICU or ER setting required. Previous cardiovascular lab experience preferred.
