  • Collaborate with leadership and business teams to optimize business processes, data flows, and business systems to measure against aspirational goals, strategic objectives, and performance targets.
  • Facilitate work execution sessions, gap-to-goal analysis, and collaborative planning to close target achievement gaps.
  • Drive data quality improvement efforts by analyzing data exceptions reports, assisting teams in removing data quality barriers, and correcting business data assets.

About the Team:

  • Corporate Real Estate (CRE) HQ team responsible for managing business assets that support business operations around the world.
  • Collaborate with CRE system owners on IT digital platforms to translate digital strategies, digital project objectives, and digital aspirations to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand data analysis methods and migrate, collate, scrub, and analyze data from multiple datasets to resource optimization, reveal comprehensive insights, build predictive models, and make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate and perform gap-to-goal analysis and facilitate plans for gap closure.
  • Possess expert-level skillset in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Optimize manual work flows and data flows whenever possible and articulate the business case for automation.
  • Promote and articulate application program interfaces as a means to optimize business system efficiency, data integration, and support automation.
