Aureus Medical Group is seeking a skilled Physicist to join our team in a 280-bed facility in Southern New York. As a key member of our radiation oncology team, you will be responsible for performing treatment planning for patients according to the treatment regime prescribed by the Radion Oncologist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients undergoing radiation therapy
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists to ensure accurate and effective treatment delivery
- Conduct quality assurance checks on treatment equipment and software
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest radiation oncology techniques and technologies
Requirements:
- State License-Physicist-New York
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
