About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Area Caregiver to join our team at Firefly Home Care LLC. As a caregiver, you will provide in-home care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to our clients in South Bend and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation services
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
  • Remind clients of medication schedules
  • Drive to clients to provide in-home care
Requirements
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Experience as a caregiver, certified nursing assistant (CNA), home health aide (HHA), personal care attendant, social worker, nurse (RN or LPN), or a similar field is preferred but not required
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 to $15.50 per hour, depending on case mix, experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities
  • Opportunities to earn bonus and overtime pay, which in many cases exceeds $15.50 per hour
