We are seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist to join our team at Lockheed Martin Space. As an Industrial Hygienist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating workplace hazards, developing and implementing safety protocols, and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Conduct workplace hazard assessments and develop recommendations for mitigation and control
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workplace hazards
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on workplace safety and health

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial hygiene or a related field
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) accreditation
• Experience with ESH environments involving ordnance and/or hazardous waste
• Knowledge of applicable environmental compliance laws of the EPA, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies
