Job Summary

We are looking for a Conventional Grinder to work in our production department, responsible for operating and setting up belt sanders, hand sanding, polishing, and brushing high-quality surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up belt sanders to achieve high-quality finishes
  • Perform hand sanding, polishing, and brushing of surfaces to meet quality standards
  • Conduct visual and quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
  • Experience in production and processing environments
  • Experience in grinding and polishing on a grinding wheel
  • Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedules
  • Manual dexterity and logical thinking skills
