Key Responsibilities:

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist at RadNet, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI exams on incoming patients. You will ensure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols. You will also administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner. Additionally, you will understand and use various adjustments and factors on the equipment to produce high-quality images. You will guide patients through the exam process, kindly answering their questions and concerns. You will also respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients. You will demonstrate competency in safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information. You will safeguard on-site medications in accordance with Company policies and procedures. You will demonstrate respect for company property and maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers. You will also demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions. You will establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

Requirements:

You must be genuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgment and an ability to remain professional in all situations. You must be able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems. You must have ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification, State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience.
