Job Summary

As a Social Worker 2, you will provide support and resources to individuals facing various challenges. You will participate in developing, implementing, and coordinating social service programs for assigned caseloads. You will also collaborate with the unit team during pre-placement plans and the discharge process.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized training programs to enhance self-sufficiency
  • Collaborate with the unit team to ensure quality services meet the needs of individuals served and their families
  • Initiate and answer communications to and from families, agencies, and other interested parties
Requirements
  • Two years of experience as a Social Worker 1 or Forensic Social Worker 1
  • Or two years of professional experience providing direct public or private social work services and a bachelor's degree in social work or social welfare
  • Or a master's degree in social work or social welfare
Additional Information

This position includes daylight flex hours and on-call hours as operationally necessary. Salary may be non-negotiable in some cases.
